If you are wishing to Pay by Cash or Check, you will need to bring the payment in Person prior to the payment deadline of June 13th, 2025, but you must contact Coach David McVeay to request a Day & Time he will be at the Gym to receive it! If you need help requesting a Day & Time or confirming with him that your payment was received, you may reach out to us and we can request that information on your behalf.

First Day Arrival & Check-In

When you arrive for your child’s First Day of Camp, there will be Paper Waivers to be filled out and signed by a Parent/Guardian for them prior to them joining the Camp Group. These must be filled out for the Current Year (2025) so if you have not filled out one as of January 1st, you must fill out a new one even if your child has been taking classes or lessons this past season. You may put multiple Children on one waiver but you must include each Child’s Full Name, Birthdate, and Current Age (as of the 1st day of Camp).

Camp Schedule Overview

Each day of Camp will begin with stretching, followed by Cheer Dance Choreography and Practice, and Tumbling Instruction split into 3 Levels (Beginning, Intermediate, Advanced) to cover each Athlete’s skill progression. Snacks and Water will be provided for Break. Then the second half of the day consisting of Stunt Training, followed by Cheer, Chant, and Motion Techniques, a Jumping Intensive, and finally a Brief Review. The Third Day Brief Review will be open to parents, with the end of the Final Day Consisting of a Full Review Presentation for Parents.

Additional Information

You will receive a confirmation by email once we have received your Child’s Registration Form and we have reserved their spot. We will also forward out any additional information if necessary the week prior or during the Camp by email! Once your payment is made, your Child’s Spot will be secured for Camp.
