Tuition-Based Classes

Our Tuition rates are based off of how many hours a student is enrolled in within a calendar week, and then it is billed for that calendar month. This is somewhat like how payments are handled at Day Care Facilities in order to secure your Child’s Spot, but is most similar to how Tuition is handled at Colleges where there are only so many seats in a class until it is full and in the way their rates are based on how many hours of Classes you are enrolled in for a given week and then billed for a Semester, instead we bill per Calendar Month. This is the way that most all Cheerleading Gyms, Gymnastics Studios, and Dance Schools set their pricing structure.

The One-Hour Class pricing is set along with the baseline pricing for Private Lessons in which you may be charged $70 for a One-Hour tutoring session with an instructor in a One-On-One setting and you must pay that price for each and every lesson your child attends, whereas instead for Classes, your child is in a Group setting and we only bill you for that One Class each calendar month, and there is no additional charge to you for your child to attend that exact same Class held on the same day and time each week that your child is enrolled in (with the exception of Closures for Holidays, Weather, etc.)

For Example: If your child is enrolled in only 1 Class, then you are only charged for a Single Class Occurrence Each Calendar Month at a rate of $70 for every calendar month they are enrolled. So if your child is enrolled in a Tuesday Class and that Class Meets 2 Times in December, you are only charged $70 for one class that month. The same if that same class meets 5 times in September, you are still only charged $70 for one class that month. If your Child is able to attend only 1 Class Meeting in a calendar month, or 3-4 Class Meetings in a calendar month, they will be charged at the same rate of $70, but once paid, their spot is still secure and their spot will not be available for another student to take it until they have been withdrawn from the class!

Tuition is prepaid for classes to secure your child’s spot within that class and is due on the 1st of each month. It is considered late after the First Class of the month for the Class which they are Enrolled and is subject to late fees or automatic withdrawal from the class due to non-payment. The only exception is after your child’s Trial Class, when Tuition for the current month is due by their Second Class on that following week. Following this, Tuition will be due the next month by the 1st.
