Thank You For Registering for a Camp!
We have received your form submission for your child and you will receive an email response within 2 Business Days (excluding Holidays and weeks of closure for scheduled Breaks) to confirm their spot! We will send out invoices 1 Week before their Camp begins and you will receive a confirmation of payment. Payment is due at Check-In on their 1st Day of Camp. If you wish to Prepay at any point prior, please let us know and we will send you an invoice early!
First Day of Camp
When you arrive for your child’s First Day of Camp, there will be Paper Waivers to be filled out and signed by a Parent/Guardian for them prior to them joining the Camp Group. These must be filled out for the Current Year (2025) so if you have not filled out one as of January 1st, you must fill out a new one even if your child has been taking classes this past season. You may put multiple Children on one waiver but you must include each Child’s Full Name, Birthdate, and Current Age (as of the 1st day of Camp).

You will receive a confirmation email once we have received payment! If you need to Pay by Cash or Check you may come in during regular hours or Pay in person at Check-In on the 1st Day of Camp.

We will also send out additional information the weekend prior to the Camp!
