Birthday Parties

Cost: $75 Per Hour (2 hour minimum)*
*includes half-hour of setup prior)
DATES
The parties can be scheduled on Saturdays year-round and on Sundays during the Summer Months of June-July depending on our schedule in case we already have another party or event scheduled for the day or time requested, or if our staff will be away for a Competition. Please wait until we have responded to your Birthday Party form and let you know that your date will be available. You will receive an invoice that will be payable online once the date has been confirmed with us. You may also reach out to use directly by phone, Facebook Messaging, or email for help in finding a date that works!
COST
The parties are billed at a rate of $75 per hour, at a 2 hour minimum ($150), and payment is due prior to the party date which can be paid via the invoice we will send to your email provided, or if you’d prefer to pay by cash or check then you can do that on the day of the party!
SETUP
You are welcome to come a half hour early to set up everything beforehand. For instance, if the party is from 2:00pm-4:00pm you can come in for setup at 1:30pm.
WAIVERS
Each child will need to be signed in for and have a waiver filled out for them to be able to participate!
STAFF
We will have a staff member on site during the duration of the party to let yall in for setup, as well as take out the trash or help with any spills. But since they will be maintaining the area for the party, they are not available to spot or assist any children on any skills equipment. Therefore we ask Parents to attend and assist their children!
SUPERVISION
Parents are allowed to participate and encouraged to follow their children around the facility and help them with any equipment while they play! You are also welcome to move any of the mats around to make obstacle courses if you’d like.
ON GOING LESSONS
Since we are an active gym, there typically may be 1-2 private lessons going on during the parties, so we just like everyone to be aware and not be running around in case someone is tumbling to avoid any unwanted injuries. These lessons are usually finished by 2pm.
Brief Overview
The Hosts may arrive 30 minutes prior to the party start time to set up and are welcome to hang up any decorations and place any table covers on our tables. You may also bring any beverages, cakes, food, and snacks that you would like. We also suggest bringing coolers to keep drinks or ice and paper plates, paper cups, paper towels/napkins, and any utensils (such as a cake cutting knife & birthday candles) that your party may need! (These items are not provided.)
We will have a staff member on site to let you into the building and to clean up after the party! They are on site to supervise the building during the party and answer any questions you may have, but we require that Parents and Guardians must assist their children on equipment due to potential incidents since our staff member will be overseeing the facilities and won’t be able to take care of any children or spot any tumbling or skills on equipment during that time. We are an active gymnastics facility, so there may be individual lessons going on during times of parties and we ask that you make sure that your children are not running and are mindful of the areas where gym students may be practicing and the equipment they may be on to prevent any accidents between children.
The parent hosting the party will need to ensure that parents have filled out and signed paper waiver for each of the children attending that will be participating on the tumbling track, trampolines, mats or additional equipment and have their names listed on the back of the waiver for the child who is having the birthday party so that we may place them with the correct party in the event we have multiple parties on the same day.
